When can I pick-up my items?

You can pick-up your purchase on Friday, June 26, between 1:00 pm and 4:00 pm; or Saturday, June 27, between 9:30 am and 1:00 pm.

 

What if I can’t pick up my items?

Great news - we deliver! Delivery fees range between $50-$150 and will range depending on the amount and distance. Please enter the delivery address into the notes section at check-out and we will contact you regarding pricing and delivery time.

 

How does delivery work?

At checkout,  please make note that you would like delivery in the “Notes” Section!

 

We will contact you regarding the available delivery windows. Please ensure that someone is home to receive the delivery. 

 

What if I change my mind or my item is not as expected?

These items are priced the way they are because of the way they are and we believe each one still has loads of potential! To that end, please note that all sales are final and we will not be able to issue a refund.

 

How used/damaged are these items?

All items have a varying degree of wear and  range from barely used to thoroughly loved and are priced accordingly. 

 

What’s the pick-up process? 

After you purchase your items online, you will be contacted by an REH team member to schedule your pickup window. Please arrive on time and text 561-562-1150 upon arrival, and a team member will be with you shortly. We will have a team member to help you load your item if needed and a card reader available for any last minute purchases (pillows to go with that new couch, anyone?) . We ask that you please wear a face covering - thank you!
